Car not charging

HELP
Morning. My ZS will not charge! Plugged in at home - went to app to schedule charge and keep saying insert cables. Been in and out several times removing put them back etc… nothing. Decided to delete app and re-installed now cannot find my car even though logged back in fine.
So still not charging!!
Should I try an InstaVolt etc…??

Try checking the charging schedule in the car (rather than the app) and turn it off if its on? Also check timer is not set on home charger itself.

Forget the app for the time being use car to get you charging worry about the app later (have you physically got in the car and put into ready mode yet that normally kickstarts the app)

Yes drives fine. But not charging at home
And sorry yes since reinstalling app have sat in the car like a sad person haha in case that helped
