Car suddenly uses the horn randomly

I've seen people with this issue before. Now I'm one of them. What was the solution?

It happened to me a couple of times in the summer but hasn't done it since but I did have a load of software updates a few months ago so one of them might have fixed the problem. Don't ask me which one it was though.
