Has anyone got this combination working? I’ve tried wired (several different cables) and using a dongle. My wife’s iPhone 12 Mini is fine on both wired and wireless. I am only trying the USB A port.
Ok thanks. I get the car listed in the CarPlay screen but when I select it it just “round and rounds” and doesn’t complete connectionI have an iPhone 15 / iOS 18.0.1 and it works with a usb-c to usb-a cable. It didn’t like a longer 2m one but works fine with a 1m cable
Wirelessly? - do you have later / different Cyberster software there I wondered? My Samsung Android connects without problems and without any dongle
Had you previously used it wired?I have it working with an iphone 16 pro max using a wireless dongle
and I have the first official Cyberster out if China.Had you previously used it wired?
I’m having so many problems just getting wired going now despite rebooting phone etc.

Are you using a vpn. Android auto won't work with vpn .Has anyone got this combination working? I’ve tried wired (several different cables) and using a dongle. My wife’s iPhone 12 Mini is fine on both wired and wireless. I am only trying the USB A port.
I'm surprised that it doesn't charge the phone.A usb c to usb c cable won’t even charge the phone, let alone allow CarPlay.
Many thanks. I’ll try that.I'm surprised that it doesn't charge the phone.
I don't know the Cyberster USB ports, but in other models, only the USB-A port supports Carplay or Android Auto. So you need a USB-A to USB-C cable, of decent quality. Anker cables seem to be best by test, and not insanely expensive.
Thanks. I’ll give it a try. The phone platform appears to wireless charge quite well, so that’s something.Only USB a can be use for apple car play and max amps are 1.5a at 5v so very little charging power. Really bad for electric car with so much battery and power
