Charge cut off

Hi can anyone tell me please why when we are charging it cuts off and says non-translation on the screen ? It s becoming a nuisance to be honest . Thankyou in advance .
 
Hi, what charger are you using? Do you have a pic of the message?
 
I had this once while using a Polar rapid unit.
The car charged fine, right to the point that the car hit 80%.
Then the charge stopped and e screen on the charger displayed a “Non - Translation” message.
Others have seen the same thing.
 
Yes - I’ve heard of it. I saw it more as a charger issue than the car.
 
I remember somebody saying that if you start the e charge again, it will continue to charge again.
But maybe you could be charged for a second reconnection fee ?.
At 80% your pretty much ready to go anyway.
80 to 100% is going to be pretty slow affair.

It does it at various stages whilst charging and not just when it's nearly full , and we pay a monthly fee so can connect as many times as we want .But its just a pain that's all .
