Charging at Castle Donnington Services, M1

Has anyone tried charging at Castle Donnington Services on the M1? They have a bank of rapid Gridserve chargers but, having tried four with their app and a credit card I gave up as none could make a connection to the car. I then spotted a lonely 50kW charger the other side of the car park which worked (thank god). Worth looking out for if planning to stop there.

Sometimes after plugging the charger into your car and swiping your credit card you have to take the weight off the plug by lifting it slightly for a few seconds to ensure a good connection.

I found that at the Gridserves at Sandbach, last week. So good advice.
