I notice the warranty T&C's have been modified so that it shows cars registered after 2025 have a 36 month warranty.

My flap is sticky or none sticky depending on what it feels like. It'll not open, then it won't stay closed. I'd seen on here before that it only has 12 months warranty. Looking at the T&C's they have increased it, but seems a little unfair it only applies from 2025.

CHARGING DOOR 12 months
CHARGING DOOR vehicle registered from 01/01/2025 36 months 60,000 miles

My car is 10 months old so have booked it in before 12 months just in case they want to give me the run around.

The provided warranty terms do not override the Consumer Rights Act, so a lot of parts that state only a 12 month warranty are things that will result in claims at the small claims court if they go wrong as it would indicate that they are not "fit for purpose" on a product that is designed to last many years.
