I am charging my ZS EV at home and the charging keeps stopping for no apparent reason. Does anyone else have this issue and potential solutions? Could it be related to the cold conditions (-5'C here right now...)

Is it a load balancing charger ie is there a CT clamp

Need a bit more info.
When you say stops charging? does it start again or stays off
What charger do you have?
Have you set a timer on the charger or charger app?
Have you set timer on the car or car app?
What is the car % charge set at?
Does it always stop at he same % charge?

The charging stops and I have to restart it on my app. after about 5 minutes it stops charging..
The charger I'm using is the 3pin plug one that comes with the car. (I'm awaiting installation of my home charger)
No timer is set and the charge level is set to 80% (its currently at 55%) The charge is creeping up, i started at 40% this morning.

Strange one that. Assuming you have tried the good old disconnect everything, turn everything off, then reconnect everything (give the connector a good push into the car) and remember to lock the car?
Then to rule out anything to do with the house (unlikely) try at a friends or work?
If it does the same then I am afraid a visit to the dealer as it has to be the cable or the car?

Unless someone else can come up with something?
