Like most areas, it seems like it has been raining for weeks in Bristol.
I do most of my MG4 charging at home.
So I was wondering what most people think about charging their car outside (obviously) while it is raining.

It's not going to electrocute you or damage the car if that's what your asking.

I don't like it because I get wet and the cable gets dirty from being on the floor.
Yes I was just enquiring about the possibility that rain water could get into the charging plug at the car end.

If you are worried about it you could always get a rain hood

We charge in all weathers, the car and chargers are designed for it. Just did an overnight charge during a storm last night with strong winds and rain (no lightning).

Obviously not recommended for those using grannies with extension leads.
When we had the snow I went to unplug the car. The charging port was full of snow I had to dig out the cable lol.

I would check that whatever cable you have has adequate IP rating for inclement weather.
