Can Marvel R charge at phase 3 or only phase 1?

Marvel R can charge 11kW the mining is phase 3.

Hi,
I am going to get a Cyberster next year July. It is supposed to get a 11 kW on-onboard charger or even higher.
I can install a 11kW home charger in my house as I have 3-phases. However, during certain times my electricity system would not be strong enough to handle 3 x 16 AMP.

Is it possible to set the home charger or onboard charger to a different power level, like:

From 11.00 p.m. to 6.00 AM charge 11 kW
From 6:01 a.m. to 10:59 P.M. charge 7 kW

My dealer can not answer, we have a language barrier.
