Charging

I am having problems charging my car. Periodically it won’t charge from either the house or the trickle charger. It’s been back to the garage for a software update but they can’t find anything wrong with it. I absolutely love the car but an losing faith in it. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Plugging the unit into the house & car.
We tried charging from a rapid charger after 5 mins it stopped charging

No use to you like that. Take it back to the dealer and insist they keep it until sorted.
Or ask for another car.
