I have a 2020 ZS Ev and a Rolex QUBEV smart charger. My Octopus electricity tariff has a cheap rate between 12:30-7:30. Manual charging is enabled, eco charging (for solar) enabled s as well as scheduled charging.
I have performed several scheduled charges without and problem. The latest such charge was 3 nights ago Suddenly last night it started, charged .17 kWh then paused. I have restarted it several times. I’ve tried turning off eco: same problem. Also turned off scheduled. Now it always goes to waiting then straight to pause. Once or twice it seems to have added 0.01 kWh.

Could be many reasons for that, maybe the contactor has partially burned out? or the charger thinks there's a ground problem? Although reading your post I'm not sure if it only happens on scheduled charging or not?

Thanks for replying. I wasn’t either. I did, however, go down the next morning and a) unlocked the car; b) removed and replaced the charger cables at both ends. Then it charged. c) Partially charged it (80%) then set it to charge on the schedule. All worked fine.
I suppose it’s possible that the plugs weren’t seated properly. Odd, though, I’d have expected a more certain connection at both ends.
