Has anyone encountered a problem charging the cyberster from someone else’s home charger unit? I tried for the first time on New Year’s Eve with two different chargers but failed to achieve connection - each time after numerous attempts the MG app on my phone asked for a 4 digit code but I have no recollection of one being required and certainly not at public chargers or my home charger. The chargers I tried were different makes and neither friend said they had set up a code. Very frustrating!! The manual doesn’t mention any code requirement as far as I can find.

Wondering if this could be the Energy Provider. With Octopus Intelligent Go, the charging can be associated with either the car or the charger, depending on compatibility. If they have it set up with their cars, then you will need to set it up with the Cyberster. Hence, buy a charger that is compatible so that when we become multi-EV households, we won't have this problem.
