Colour mismatch

I just noticed a huge color difference on my car. Haven't noticed it before until today when the sun was shining. The car Is white, but the filler cap is metallic, and in a totally different shade!
Going to make a complaint, as this is unacceptable imo!

Is that filler door silver?
It some shade of white metallic. Not a color you can get on the MGS6. My thinking is that the filler door is the same on other MG vehicles, and they've mixed it up during assembly. But not much of a quality control when that got through!

I feel a dealer visit in your future.
 
It could be al lot worse !.
The flap could be the correct colour and the rear quarter could be miles out.
Easy fix that !.
They will likely just repaint the door that is already fitted as new flap will only come in primmer.
 
I recently went into the MG dealer for a touch up paint for my MG4 in Volcano Orange. Don't do one they said as they couldn't get the colour right. So much for modern paint systems!

I tried 3 outside MG companies who offered a colour match for the Volcano Orange for the X power got full refunds from all of them, total disaster.
 
Just got booked in for replacing the charge flap. Also said they're doing a software update. Not even sure I want that, as everything is working, and I haven't experienced a single blip or error.

Don't blame you being wary of updates, if everything is working ok. If it ain't broke....

Yeah, same here, please don't update if everything is ok .. But, whatever happens, it can always be restored to factory settings...
If you don't mind, take a photo of your current software version and the one they install, out of curiosity, to compare it with the UK version...
