As awesome as this is I am not going to start adding various free charging services into it, sounds like that is for a different thread that someone else can keep updated lol.In Northern Ireland most of the public charge points, 337 I think, are run by ESB e-cars NI and are absolutely free!! Please add to your list as we are in the UK.

I've looked at their ovo drive tariff and it doesn't say anything about 5p per kwh for charging your car, so it looks like they ended that.
