I indirectly raised adding missing features with MG and the reply was that due to homologation and the way they build, new features are added to the next version of a car and not retro fitted. Read that as you wish however in my opinion Wireless Carplay won't be coming from MG to any of the 1st generation Cybersters. I still hope it does.
That's a shame, I have mine scheduled at the end of the month, hoping to get the software update to R37
I hope so for you. The new software is already available in Germany. My MG dealer contacted MG Europe, and they indicated that the Dutch version was not yet available.
My August '25 GT (25 reg) has the R31 software version. I'd like to upgrade it in the hope that the sub-woofer might actually perform with the radio, but I've no idea how to get it upgraded. The OTA system certainly doesn't appear to be functional.
Its down to the dealer. Apparently you need to request it and they should know about it. You can do a test and let them know about the subwoofer not working properly
I took it to the dealer, they don't acknowledge the problem. Probably because their test was a media file and I reckon the sub-woofer problem is only when listening to the radio.
