Disconnecting communications link with external computers

As people are determined here's some info
F6 is the fuse but it also stops another system
If you want to unplug it it's behind the glovebox
Personally wouldn't unplug the antenna with module still powered, in high signal areas it'll still partially work & likely burn out the RF circuit over time

Thanks for this information. The F6 fuse option looks like the best one.

Old thread but I pulled the fuse on the T-BOX about a year ago. For anybody curious, the effects are:

1. There's an 'alert' on the dashboard that the e-call system has a fault. (This does not trigger a check-engine light)

2. The MG iSmart app is completely non-functional

3. The car GPS system is non-functional (the built in satnav stops working completely)

4. The in-car microphone stops working, which can be annoying when pairing your phone with the car. But, with CarPlay, Siri will still work (at least for the first thing you say to Siri, then subsequent things do not work as it then switches to the car microphone, which is of course dead)

5. The car clock drifts by approximately a minute or so a month.

6. The SOS e-call system is obviously non-operational.

Other than these things, the car is perfectly functional. No problems with charging, etc.
