Does anyones HVAC via the app on MG4 still work? Mine always fails after update

I had the 'frequent use' message yesterday. This morning I had the 'failed remote instruction' message. I then unlocked the car with the fob from indoors and tried again - the instruction was accepted and the HVAC worked. As ziteguru says the car was still asleep on this cold morning.

So it's started working now, for no reason. Didn't change anything, works whilst plugged in and not plugged in, but I hadn't done anything differently.

And now it's failing. So it's completely random. Bloody useless MG again
