I believe it does. I was looking at the Fastned charging network who have Plug and Charge, or Autocharge as they call it, functionality and it lists the MG4 as being able to do it.
The major issue is one of trust and the potential to let a hostile country gain control over elements of another country's electricity grid. Given the UK Government's attitude towards Chinese infrastructure in the UK I cannot see them being supportive of a Chinese state owned car company gaining access to the sensitive security token system required to run this fully. But that's not to say that charge point networks cannot run their own systems where the risks are considerably less, just that the concept of V2G via a universal system may never be realised.
So to answer the question, you cannot comply fully with something that doesn't exist and SAIC are not high on the list of likely early adopters in the UK if it ever happens. VW have made various promises to retrofit to iD.4 but their promises have often turned out to be little more than marketing fluff.
