Door card replacement

My off side passenger door card has "developed" a hole in the (non) speaker grille . Has anyone had any experience with replacing one ?
there's the exact one I need for sale on e bay but I don't want to risk buying it if they're a real pain to remove and replace and I end up with more damage than I started with!
