Emergency help please, need to charge up but it’s not doing it!

Literally, how do we charge the car? Have the cable connected from car to charger but it’s not charging! Please send help! And feel free to laugh! ?

It’s a Rolec wall pod on our garage wall.

Try turning it off at the CU for 10 minutes.

You can do it all by flicking the battery switch takes you to battery options

Yes! He had it set to charge from midnight via the app which he now can’t access! So by going through the touchscreen he’s changed the times to ‘anytime’ for charging. Found that by charging overnight was cheaper but made the daytime costs far more expensive and not worth the ‘saving’.

Ah. Obviously it depends of your mileage. We’re ok at the moment using the granny charger from 2-6am although I have to make sure I charge almost every night. Once a week I get free charging at work and have to remember to start manually charging before I walk away from the car.

Mile mileage is not a lot so I don’t think it’s worth bothering about. Thanks
