Every time I try to swipe screen to get to the page to change settings it keeps coming back to normal page it takes on average at lease 6 attempts to get to the setting page, has anybody got any ideas

I had this problem and found cleaning the screen with glasses cleaner wipes helped .... well, the first time it was because I hadn't peeled the plastic screen protector off Strangely, it worked fine for my wife with the plastic screen protector still in place
