Ever use remote battery heating ?

Hi all,
I like all the remote app but I didn't manage to use on function : scheduled battery heating ... (see photos).
Does anyone manage to use it ?
I guess the best way to use is when the car is plugged but i didn't have any result while trying to use it.

Never found it necessary. I think it's more for colder countries

I find that part of the app very flaky. It works for me mainly when the car is already charging.

You mean : the car must be in charging status ? As the battery function uses 7 kW, do we need to charge at this power ? How do you personnaly use it ?
I think it's very easy in our countries (UK, North of France etc ...) to be in cold status : every time T° < 10°C ; in winter it's almost all the time ! A good battery temparature is useful for long trip, but also to prevent degradation that occurs in low temperature.

I rarely use it. Only sometimes when the temperature is below zero and the car looks frozen ... Even then, it's when it's not charging and for 15-20 min before i drive it ...
