Faults on 23 plate MG4

I have found the auto hold fault warning only occurs if I try to put the car into ready mode before the system has fully booted up and it easily removed by locking the car and starting again with a little more patience.

Under some circumstances it can be. Early cars lacked lubrication on the brakes and so they could bind, triggering a fault. If you get this at other times, worth having it checked out. Later cars seem not to suffer from this.
