FL Glove box removal

Has anyone got a video of how to remove the glove box? I'd like to take a look at the pollen filter but I can't work out where and in what direction to pull the glove box to get it out.

Thanks for the post but its not quite as helpful as it might seem. There is no real clue where the stoppers are or where to press them. It might mean squeeze the entire glove box but it feels as though I'd break it if I tried to do that.
