For anyone having issues with Google Maps

If anyone has been having issues with Google Maps running really slow, and that causing Android Auto to also be sluggish, I have had a lot more success with the navigation app HERE We Go HERE WeGo: Maps & Navigation - Apps on Google Play

Navigation is not delayed for me using Google Pixel 7 and no more Android Auto delays

My preference is Waze, with Google second, but I'm always open to ideas especially if they work with AA so I'll have a look at this one. At a first sight it has interesting features but not so great reviews.

I believe there is a new version of AA too but it needs to be downloaded manually.

I tried Waze and that was still slow. Here We Go isn't as good as a sat nav as the more established but it does at least work with android auto

Thankfully all is working OK (famous last words) at the moment with Maps and Waze on AA for me but will take another look at Here.
