forgotten the ismart 4 digit security code

How do you set a new 4 digit security code for the ismart app?
I thought I'd used an easy to remember number! obviously not so.
Doesn't look like I've recorded it anywhere either.
So does anybody know the recovery procedure please?

Regen should be under a star, so you can put it on max on a steep hill and mode should default to Eco not normal, and even then Eco should be the next press not Sport, or at least be able to do it in settings somewhere.

They tried to sort out the app but one minute it was registered then it wasn't, it then sent this text message to me.

No one there had seen this message before so now we wait.
