Yes, it's strange as password is saved, but it didn't come up.

Very strange, a couple of days later I clicked on forgot password, received code in 1 minute, reset new password, all working fine now. Thanks everyone fir your help.

I am having a problem charging my MG4. On the app I get a message DLB offline failure. Then a message which I have followed about resetting the charger but I keep getting the same message about offline failure when it is not offline. Has anyone had a similar problem or do you have any suggestions about what I could do next. I have already tried reinstalling the app, resetting, turning on and off etc.

Do you get the DLB message on the iSmart app or your home charger's app?
