Green charging lights

Pull the fuse and it may reset otherwise it will need to go to the dealer, hopefully someone will tell you which fuse!

Presumably they have been working? Should be on (green) when charging, with the number of LED's alight for the charge level.
If the type 2 is connected but not charging they will be blue, and white when you open the charge port door before connection, or after disconnection I believe. They will however time out. The only time they should remain on (green and pulsing) is when the car is charging.

Mine was charging last night, and I unplugged it this morning. Everything was exactly as you said. :)
