Has MG Just scammed me?

I booked my 2nd service with MG and on arrival the girl on the desk said im booked in for a first which I said umm no it had its first last year and this is the 2nd which she noted down and the price I was quoted was for a 2nd service.

Heres the paper work I received which looks to me they just charged me for a 2nd year and did a 1st year but I did notice on the sheet it did mention the filter which is a 2 year service job?

Or a case of wrong boxes ticked?

If you got the pollen filler it would suggest you got a second year service as that’s not part of first service. Although, yeah, do the dealers ever do what they say, I’m not convinced. Shame you couldn’t pay the first service to get the box ticked.

I’d take the pollen filler out and make sure it’s fresh, if not, I’d be all guns blazing

I thing the technician has probably just ticked the boxes in the wrong column, the pollen filter and keyfob battery suggests it's had a second service.

The cabin / pollen filter is replaced on the two year service !.
As long as you have the receipts for both services, then your golden !.
