Help needed, sorry if these have already been answered

Issues I have come across, if anyone can help? list below:

- pressing the passenger window switch (driver side). I press it all the way down and let go, it auto opens fully (good). Select it up and it does nothing, select it again and it doesn't auto close back up. Just moves depending on how long you select it up.

- Can't control music volume or track selection using the left analogue stick on the steering wheel, it worked on volume for a little bit then stopped all together.

- When using the Power Off button, it activates a timer and turns off the music, can this be changed?

- Right Star button, takes ages to activate what you need (like AC settings), is this common?

If I have any other issues or suggestions I will post them up, but if anyone has answers please reply

Note: If the battery is disconnected, the “One-Touch” Up and “Anti-Trap” features will lost. To restore this feature, fully close the window and hold the switch for 5 seconds in the closed position, fully open the window and press the switch for another 5 seconds

Used to get this on my Mercedes CLK such a pain.

So I tried this and it didn't work, so I'm lost now
