Help with how to change icon position on infotainment panel

Hi, is there any way to change where the items are on the infotainment panel? I would like to move the carplay icon over to the right side of the screen , closure to the drivers side.

I dont think its possible, however on mine, the left star button on the steering wheel brings up the carplay screen

A few things on the infotainment screen seem to be left hand drive orientated, for example the radio screen, all the favourites are listed on the passenger side.
