HELP ZS EV TROPHY CONNECT NOT CHARGING ON ANY CHARGERS

Collected My ZS EV Trophy Connect 9 days ago . I have managed to charge it once. But now not charging at all, i have tried 2 Rapids , 7kw charger and Granny Charger at home ??
Has anyone else had this ? and if so what was the issues ?? And how long did it take ??
Help what can i do waiting on garage phoning back .......
I have asked re courtesy car .

On the app we have it set to charge to 80% and we have only managed to charge it to 80% once.

We have the same colour as yours .

No, I mean the timer, not the % level

This screen? Or under schedule charging on the app? They need to be switched off if they are on

Hi sorted , went into settings and where you set charge to 80% . Car settings were set to 60% and ISMART app on phone was set to 80%.
Changed car settings sorted .

I tend to trust the settings in the head unit, rather than the App myself for important things like delay charging times and percentages of SOC required ( ie 80% etc ).
