Home charger problem with i-store EV charger

I've just had an i-store EV charger fitted, which seems to work fine.
However I'm having trouble adjusting it.
The sparky, (Dave), that installed it told me to download the Z-Box app and register in it.
That didn't work because it failed to send an email confirmation code.
So Dave took the phone and "did" something. I don't know what.
But now I can access the charger well enough to start and stop it, but if I try to adjust charge rate I just get a message back, "wrong password"

No luck trying to change password or registering.

Has anybody got this thing working??? It's driving me nuts!

Next week, I'll get back to the sparky and see if he can sort it out.

Might be an idea to include iStore EV charger in your thread title so your fellow Aussies see it as I don't think that particular EV charger is available in the UK.
