Home screen mail icon

On the home screen top right ( mg4 trophy) there is a mail icon ( envelope) with a red dot. Just appeared today. Tapping on it has no effect. Is this just telling me unread emails on my android phone?

Swipe left, click on User and look at POI (I think) ... the message is under there. (From memory of reading this board - that is not a feature available to the SE).

Ah great. It was a ev charger address I sent to my car from the app.
