On my last drive of about 20mins the horn just randomly went 3 or 4 times whislt driving, hands no where near the horn - anyone had this?

I think someone else had a similar issue to do with the horn or buttons on the steering wheel.

Their problem was the cable inside the steering wheel.

It is quite complex because that cable has to be able to expand and contract as you turn the wheel full lock either way.

If the issue keeps happening you might need to get something replaced behind the wheel.

I had it once,... found i was sitting on the keys which was setting the horn off!
Second this, i was driving down a country road and the bumps were enough for me to be pressing the remote button in my pocket and sounding the horn. I leave the keys in the cup holder now.

Yes! At first I thought I was imagining it but it happened 3 or 4 times. It hasn't happened since.

Same issue with pressing key button in trouser pockets, just put your keys somewhere unlikely to be pressed

Mine happens most mornings when I bend over to put my boots on and the fob presses against my phone.

Neighbours don't need sleep, right?
