How to lock the MG4 towbar

Hi, I have just had a towbar fitted to my MG4 by the dealership where I bought the car - so it's an authorised MG4 towbar - but I cannot work out how to lock it on. Any ideas?

I cannot find any manual/video online. The closest I have come is for a similar product manufactured by BRiNK (https://brink.eu/app/uploads/2017/07/9572429-F-BMA.pdf).

Any guidance gratefully received!

Ah yes, it's complicated and required a lot of force.

I took it back to ask the person who installed it give me a demonstration. It all seemed to work easily when he did it, but now I cannot work it out!

You might have to ask them again and get them to watch while you have a go.

Yes, I wondered if that might be the case. I might be doing the right thing but needing to use more force.
