That's mine! Tried to collect today but it had a problem that it would not bind or activate the sat nav. I had the option to take it away (and later return for them to fix) or leave with them to sort out. I chose to leave it with them. Having tried re-updating the software, which did not work, I have just heard back that they now believe that it was/is a server problem at the Chinese end and hope all will be well tomorrow... So could be collecting tomorrow morning! Please note that they do not have any enclosed area that can be used for the handover, so all inspection etc has to be done outside - not ideal, especially given the current weather. Fingers crossed for tomorrow or Friday.
