I miss DAB radio

Hi there,

I'm italiana and first of all excuse me for my english

I had my MG4 few hours ago. To connect the car to iSmart app i did a reboot of infotainment and now I have the car o the app.

But after reboot I miss all DAB radio (and I hope only it).

Could anyone help me to risolve this problem?

Do you mean you can’t see the DAB? Touch the radio on info and select DAB. You can scroll through the channels and select the favourites.

It sounds like you may have just lost your radio favourites and need to go in and set them up again.

It does this on mine sometimes too. I think you need to scroll along to radio by clicking these arrows on the main screen

My radio stops working about once a week usually after I've driven through an area with no reception. It generally comes back after being switched off and fully powering down

My DAB also disappears about once a week. I reboot the infotainment by pushing and holding the home button for 10 seconds and it all comes back. It doesn’t wind me up at all ?

Everything is ok! After a switch on/off now is ok
