Martin rarely handles specific cases ... he looks for trends to influence; the "big hitters".

I'm not saying Don't Try - just adding a note of realism. One of the Consumer Champions from a national newspaper may be a better bet for such an action.

My first email to the company was within 15 minutes of arriving home, there was then time wasted waiting for responses from them and from MGUK. MG were initially bad but on Saturday they were amazingly quick.
