Impact of battery heating

I have easily got 239m out of my Xpower when driven to get range (100% to 10%ish), and regularly get 190-200 driving in a more spirited way (but with a fair amount of commute built in).

After having it a year and a bit, I have only just found that turning on battery heating can knock at least 1 mile per KWH off the numbers though (3->2). I turned it on a couple of weeks ago, and was wondering why my miles/KWH was struggling to get above 2.2/2.3 even in careful driving. Turned it off this morning and suddenly up to 2.9/3+

Does that match up with what others are seeing?

It will as battery heater pulls around 7kW.
