Info screen dimming at night

You can set the brightness with lights on and off and it will remember the settings separately. That said, the minimum setting is too bright for night use IMHO. You can also set it to dark mode but I find that's too dark for day use.

I found that driving home the other day, the screen was set to dark mode and I could hardly see the satnav map in the bright sunlight. I have to say that's the first thing I don't like about this car, that you cannot set the map colours seperately from the infotainment system.

Couldn’t agree more with all the display screen comments. The MG 4 and 5 before that all had a software link to darken the screens at night. Come on MG UK sort it out.

If you have the daytime setting at minimum as well it can't go any lower.
I have my night-time at minimum and the daytime above that so you can see the difference when headlights are on.

That’s all you can do if that’s not good enough speak to your MG. I believe they need a software solution for this problem
