Is this crack on engine unit?

While I was having my tires changed, I decided to take a quick look at the engine side, and the part shown in the photo caught my attention. Do you think this could be a crack in the engine unit, or is it more likely to be something like a welding mark? I’ll visit the service when I have time, but I wanted to ask you first.

These parts are cast, it's almost certainly just a casting mark from the mould.

Thank you so much, it was a big relief! Since I saw the part from a distance and couldn’t touch it, I couldn’t quite understand what it was. Honestly, I got a bit worried—even though it looked like just a straight line. Thanks again!

Definitely a casting mark.

Yeah, it's too straight to be a crack.

Definitely not a crack, it follows on exactly on the other side of the hole, a crack wouldn't do that.

The one to the right of it looks more like a crack.
