Met Office say gusting to 78mph just now and raining, slowly dropping to the mid 40's into the late evening. Staying home and watching the bits fly past on the security cams..

Correct, spend 3 years rebuilding an 1890's cottage then just as it was finished ended up moving to Llandudno. Refuse to sell it, so rental it shall become.
