Correct, spend 3 years rebuilding an 1890's cottage then just as it was finished ended up moving to Llandudno. Refuse to sell it, so rental it shall become.

My dear ole Daddy used to fix the diggers that dug the overburden that covered the coal that lay beneath that area.
But interestingly the really big diggers, even then, 76 years ago were electrically powered and walked backwards over the ground dragging their cable as they went. (Check out American Marion Walking Dragline Cranes - they were massive)
