ISmart Connection lost

Hello,

my Android Phone lost the Connection 2 ISmart.

Sadly it's Impossible to re-bind the Phone, Car says that the Phone ist already binded (and i can't un-bind IT) - need Help...

(Cache was cleared, App has been uninstalld)

... my Agent has no clue.

Does rebooting the infotainment screen by holding the physical home button down for a few seconds unbind your phone?

Sounds like the binding needs to be deleted on the MG. Is there a way to do this?

You could try changing the name of your phone. Long shot, but might fool it into thinking it is a new phone.

Good afternoon all have been lurking for a while waiting for mg ev trophy connect, finally picked ex demo up yesterday from chorley some drive that from maidenhead, when i connected ismart up says car already bound and to unbind car, is there a way to do this as i cannot find anything so...

Several weeks on and I am still no further with my iSmart unbind/bind. I changed my phone and thought it would access on the new phone by logging in with the same details, it doesn't. Unfortunately I sent my old phone away for a trade-in and had already factory reset it before that, so absolutely no way I can unbind the car via the old phone.

I don't want to bother Miles but it's looking like he's my only option.

I've done the same thing as you before seeing your post and can now happily report I have connection to the car again.
