iSmart password

Can anyone remember the requirements of the iSmart password (number of what type of character etc)?

I made the mistake of logging out and now can't log back in. I usually use fingerprint login on my phone - hence not "remembering" the password. I tried my usual combinations with no luck, and would rather not reset it since my wife has iSmart on her phone also.

Apple or Android phone? (My Android phone remembers my username/password in the Google/Chrome password manager, under Apps: europe.iov.saicmotor.com).
