Hi,

My iSmart works perfectly well for everything except HVAC.

I serviced the car recently and mentioned it but it still exists.

When I press the preheat the lights on the car come on. So There is communication.

Feels like a software issue. What is the general experience?

Is it when the car is plugged in but not charging? If so that was a known fault, fixed by a software update

No, car is always unplugged. There was no problem with the original iSmart app.
