Hey everyone,
I recently reinstalled the app and ran into a strange issue. When I tried to log in, the app said my account wasn’t registered. But when I attempted to create a new account using the same email, it told me an account already exists.
Eventually, I managed to fix it by deleting the account and creating it again from scratch.
However, here's the real problem:
The car doesn’t recognize any new accounts I create. It simply says the account doesn't exist.
Oddly enough, it does recognize my old account — but only with the original password I had before all this started.
Feels like there’s a disconnect between the app’s database and the car’s internal system.
When i try to bind the car (with the old password at the User app in the car) and the iSmart it says "Sorry, binding failed,you could contactus by email."
Has anyone else experienced this?
