Wife told me her muscles hurt because they tear when being worked hard and this is what increases the their strength and size ....
I replied if that is the case, I should have bulging muscles around my knees and my neck should look like Arnie or Dwayne Johnson when they were at their peak ...... she didn't seem to think it worked like that Rather unfair I think, why shouldn't I look pumped and buff as a reward for the suffering
