Joystick volume control stopped working

I have an SE and tonight the media volume won't disappear off the top of the screen and just flickers between volume 2 and 3 meaning I cant access other things on the screen as the media bit is constantly stuck at the top of the screen?

There’s a solution for that, you need to look for other threads about R33

No, I think this issue is something different ... the issue mentioned in the 1100R33 thread was about volume being stuck at max or min.

@andyj1979 have you tried doing a reset of the Infotainment unit? (Press and hold the physical Home button for 10-20 seconds until the Infotainment unit reboots).

I'd check what the media volume is set at in the settings.

Hi, I have the same problem, except for me it won't even mute/unmute. Initially it would start like a temporary glitch and then it would all of a sudden start working, but it's been more than a month since it stopped working at all. Any suggestions?
